EDGEMONT PTSA
General Information
The Edgemont PTSA is an active volunteer organization that brings parents, teachers and students together to support and enrich the Edgemont Junior-Senior High School community. We sponsor speakers, academic grants, co-curricular, extracurricular, and social activities, community-minded projects, and hospitality and recognition events. We strive to provide a forum for communication and discussion via our newsletter, website, and speaker programs about matters that affect life at home and at school. We welcome input and participation from parents, teachers and students. Anyone may be a member of the Edgemont PTSA including grandparents and neighbors who do not have a child at the junior-senior high school - anyone who cares about an Edgemont education.
VOLUNTEERS are always welcome. By participating in the PTSA, you have an opportunity to learn about EHS, contribute to your child's experience, and demonstrate your interest in and commitment to your child's education. Volunteers are needed for all aspects of the Spring Fete, the Back to School Night Reception, and for our Arts and Cultural Enrichment in Edgemont and Done in a Day Committees. If you have any questions or are interested in helping the PTSA with your time, talents, or ideas, please contact: Liz Salshutz or Ailyna Yarrington at ptsapres@ehs.edgemont.org or leave a note in the PTSA mailbox at EHS.
