PTSA GIFT CARD PROGRAM
The PTSA offers the Edgemont community an opportunity to purchase gift cards for popular stores, websites, restaurants and movie theaters. The gift cards are worth their face value and no additional fees are charged, however, the PTSA receives a donation ranging from 3-17% of the value of each card purchased. By using gift cards for everyday shopping or gift giving, the Edgemont community can conveniently help fund programs for Edgemont Junior-Senior High School students without any additional cost to themselves.
Check out all the gift cards available by downloading a PTSA gift card order form below. The percentage next to each card tells you how much the PTSA receives for each specific card ordered.
To pay online: If you have Adobe Reader you will be able to fill out the form, save it and then email it, otherwise,please email your name, the name of the gift card, dollar amount, and quantity of each card ordered to yarringtons4@gmail.com or place this information in the comments portion of the PayPal order form.
To pay by check: Please download the fillable form below and mail with your check (payable to Edgemont PTSA) to: Edgemont Jr/Sr High School, PTSA - gift cards, 200 White Oak Lane, Scarsdale, NY 10583.
Orders are placed on the first and fifteenth day of every month in the school year.
