EDGEMONT PTSA MEMBERSHIP for 2011-2012
Your annual membership dues to the Edgemont PTSA provide programs, materials, and activities funded by the PTSA that enrich our school and our children's education at the
Junior-Senior High School.
BASIC MEMBERSHIP helps to cover basic expenses (e.g. eChalk, student directory & the Blue Book).
ENRICHMENT MEMBERSHIP helps to cover additional programs for students.
PTSA dues are tax deductible
Optional DONATIONS are always greatly appreciated and are fully tax deductible.
PTSA membership dues may be paid with our online payment system or by check.
If paying online there is no need to return the Membership Form below unless you are new to the Edgemont UFSD or have a new address, but please include the names and grade(s) of your child or children in the "instructions to merchant" box when submitting your payment. We will be receiving confirmation of your online payment from PayPal.

PTSA Dues are fully Tax-deductible.
*We are required to pay $4.00 of each single parent or teacher membership & $8.00 of each two-parent membership to NYS PTA for state and national PTA dues.
